We adhere to GDPR standards, even though we do not currently offer business in Europe our application, we recognize that European citizens may utilize our platform while in the U.S.
HIPAA Compliance
There is no HIPAA certification for a cloud service provider (CSP) such as AWS. However, a growing number of healthcare providers, payers, and IT professionals are using AWS’s utility-based cloud services to process, store, and transmit protected health information (PHI). AWS enables Depositions.com and our customers subject to the U.S. Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) to use the secure AWS environment to process, maintain, and store protected health information.
California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)
Depositions.com does not sell your data and is compliant with service provider requirements under the California Consumer Privacy Act. We are committed to work with our clients to fulfill any CCPA requests received.
Payment Processing
All payment-related services are provided by industry leading service provider, certified to PCI DSS Level 1. No one at Depositions.com can store or access sensitive payment information.
